Dal Makhani Recipe
Namaskar dosto! Aaj ham baat karenge ek bahut hi swadisht dish ki - "Daal Makhani" ki recipe ke baare mein. Yeh dish punjabi cuisine ki bahut hi popular dish hai. Yeh dish ghar mein banaayi jaati hai aur sabhi ko iski khushbu aur swad se behka deti hai.
Daal makhani ko banane ke liye aapko kuch basic ingredients ki jarurat hogi - urad daal, rajma, pyaaz, tamatar, adrak, lehsun, hari mirch, dhaniya powder, haldi, lal mirch, garam masala, makhan, aur cream. In sabhi ingredients ko aap aasaani se apne ghar se arrange kar sakte hain.
To chaliye, shuru karte hain daal makhni ki recipe ke baare mein.
Ingredients:
1 cup urad dal (soaked overnight)
1/2 cup rajma (soaked overnight)
2 onions (finely chopped)
2 tomatoes (finely chopped)
1 inch ginger (grated)
4-5 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
2-3 green chillies (finely chopped)
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
2-3 tbsp butter
2-3 tbsp cream
Salt to taste
Instructions:
Soaked urad daal and rajma ko ek pressure cooker mein dal kar unmein paani daal dein. Pressure cooker mein inhein pakayein 4-5 seeti lagane tak ya jab tak ki yeh bilkul naram na ho jaayen.
Jab daal aur rajma pak jayein to unhein alag se nikal kar rakh dein.
Ab ek kadhai mein butter garam karein aur usmein pyaaz, adrak aur lehsun daal kar bhunein.
Jab pyaaz golden brown ho jaaye to usmein tamatar daal kar ache se milayein.
Ab usmein hari mirch, dhaniya powder, haldi aur lal mirch daal kar 2-3 minute tak bhunein.
Ab ismein boiled dal aur rajma daal kar ache se milayein aur 10-15 minute tak pakayein.
Ab ismein garam masala powder, cream aur salt daal kar ache se milayein aur 5-10 minute aur pakayein.
Daal makhni ready hai. Isko garnish karne ke liye thoda cream aur dhaniya daal kar serve karein.
Toh yeh thi dal makhni ki recipe. Yeh dish sabhi ke liye bahut hi healthy hai. Ismein urad daal aur rajma hai, jo protein ki acchi matra mein hote hain aur isliye yeh ek perfect meal hai vegetarians ke liye.
